[NEWS] Retro Concept Showdown! The Difference Between Wonder Girls & Girls' Generation

The girls of SNSD are coming back this week with a retro style that emulates the days of Charlie's Angels along with a touch of Bond Girls. Wonder Girls had already come out with a retro concept this year when they promoted '2 Different Tears', what's the difference this time?



When Girls Generation released their 'Hoot' teaser movie yesterday, it showcased their retro 'spy' (with a dash of cowgirl Yuri) concept it made fans think of earlier this year, when the Wonder Girls also announced their retro concept. The difference between both groups has attracted the fan's attention.



The teaser for the 'Hoot' video, showcasing an ambience of Bond along with the colorfulness of Austin Powers and the mystique of a Bond Girl mixed in with a pinch of Charlie's Angels charisma, has raised the expectations for the song and the music vide involved.



With this, the Wonder Girls also claim tha their concept earlier this year was also somewhat similar to the retro 'Bond girl' era to highlight the sexy, lovely and liveliness of the time. The officials say that even though the idea is similar, both girl groups give a feeling of two different retro concepts.



'Hoot' is said to have a retroguitar soundblend along with being lively and will be reportedly about a girl who keeps getting hurt by her boyfriend and tells a cute warning to the camera.



Don't forget that the title track will be released tomorrow at 10am KST, while the album comes out two days later, 27th, and stay tuned for SNSD's comeback perfomance the 29th on Music Bank!
