[NEWS] 141010 Yoon EunHye to Return to Her First Love

Idol group member turned actress Yoon EunHye will go back to her first love – singing – and will soon debut as a singer in Japan.

The Korean actress follows the leads of male Hallyu stars like Lee ByungHun and Ryu SiWon, who have already debuted as singers in Japan. However, Yoon EunHye will be the first ever female Hallyu star to do the same thing.

According to her agency, The House Company, “We haven’t finalized the contract so we can’t release the details, but we have completed discussions with a global recording studio. We have agreed to work with an experienced Japanese producer who has worked with many famous idol stars.”
Furthermore, the agency said, “After the success of the recent fan meeting, many people involved in the Japanese music industry approved and supported her. It also helped that her old girl group, Baby V.O.X., was popular as a Hallyu group in Asia.”

Yoon EunHye’s Japanese fan meeting held last September 18th was attend by around 2,000 fans. During the fan meeting, she performed her previous drama Goong‘s song Perhaps Love and also played the guitar, impressing the audience.
Her first Japanese album is set to be released early next year.
This is definitely interesting and good news, right everyone? Looks like 2011 will be a great year for Yoon EunHye as she is also to make a silver screen comeback next year.
