* the video must not more then 1 minute
* the video must be related to Jay Park / Jay Park Fan Meet
* no cursing , no bad words
* u can shout with 1 of your friend ( limited to 2 person in the video)
* deadline : 31th October 2010

By the way, are the tickets being given out the top priority VIP tickets or just the regular VIP tickets?

u must upload it on youtube then post the link in out contest section...
remember put ur name follow by the title of your shout video..

example : SangJung : I love Jay Park... wooohoo!

regarding the prize, the winner will get a pair of the Absolutely VIP Tix!
